大人になって

胸が高鳴ることが減ってきた

初めての体験ってのが少なくなってきて

ある程度なにが起きるのかわかってしまう

未来が予想できないことになら

再びワクワクできるのかな

財布とスマホを手に

競馬場へ向かう


“A Racing Heart”

As I’ve grown older,
moments that make my heart race
have become fewer.

There are fewer “first times,”
and I can more or less
predict what’s going to happen.

Maybe
if I step into something
I can’t foresee,
I’ll feel that excitement again.

With my wallet and phone in hand,
I head
to the racetrack.
