“伝えたい”


アイツに伝えたい

仕事は遅くて、だけど雑で

コミュニティケーションもできないし

メモを取ってもそれをみないで作業する

社会人なんだから、給料もらってるんだから

ちゃんとやろうぜ、責任持とうぜ、ぶっ殺すぞ！

だけど

今はそんなことは言えない

「次頑張ろうね」と呟く


“What I Want to Say”

There’s something I want to tell him.

He’s slow —
and still careless.
Can’t communicate,
takes notes and never looks at them.

You’re getting paid.
Be a professional.
Do it right. Own it.
Come on — get yourself together.

But
I can’t say that out loud.

So I tell him —
and maybe myself too —
“Let’s do better next time.”
