ひとりきりの時間

短いとイライラするし

長いと寂しくなる

求めている長さは

毎日違うし

人によっても違うんだろうな

せめて自分のだけでも

見えるようにならないかな



All Alone

Time spent alone—
too short, and it irritates me;
too long, and it turns to loneliness.

The right length changes
day by day,
and surely it’s different
for everyone, too.

If only I could see
the measure of my own,
at least.
